Errors and Missing Textures after reinstall

Steam decided it wouldn't pick up my gmod installed and because of an update, I had to reinstall it. Now I get errors. I verified cache a few times, uninstalled, reinstalled addons, disabled, re-enabled, etc. Am I missing something here?

It's been fixed. When I reinstalled Gmod, it didn't automatically connect EP1&2. Consider this resolved.
