First time using photoshop

I have never used photoshop but ive had it on my computer from when someone else used it and I yesterday decided to pick it up and see what I could produce. I wanted to make it valentines themed so I made this. Would love some feedback on anything I did good or anything I could improve on.

I bet you have some talent in you. All you have to do is find it and wring it out on a paper.

It's certainly much better than my "photoshop skill" of pasting images over others and changing the opacity.
