i need to do this again

couple of years ago i spent 2 weeks doing some hiking thing abroad
literally within about a week i'd lost more weight than i ever have before (paired with relatively small portions)
long distance hikes + weight (i had camping equipment + food w me) honestly worked fucking great

and yes make sure you bring extra socks, and dont wear shitty thin ones you'll hate yourself for it
I'll change your life by saying this

Use talcum powder for your feet just like you would for your hands when you lift weights

it is a god send when going long distances

what the fuck

he can go even beyond 501 im certain
he's been saying he'll go for 510/520/530 if he gets x subs/followers but how can you resist the temptation when you pull 501 that easy

got way more in the tank

bit unfortunate he's not going any higher than 501 and is starting a huge cut

501 was impressive but not as much as 505, 510 or even 520

tried to run today

my ankles still hurt, the pain doesnt go away while i run. should i stick to walking with a heavy backpack, or just cycle for long distances?

cycling is good for building up endurance, because simply by it's nature it is an endurance sport (look at tour de france)
is it just whilst running? if it's more general maybe walking with a heavy load might not be the best idea either

i get it mostly with running. It feels like my ankles are gonna fracture or something, but it never comes.

warm up your ankles before you run then

running isn't good for your knees either, but hiking with a rucksack is incredible for core/leg strength and endurance as well

Ehh, not too sure. I used to get like kinda minor-ish shin splints, pain in the front of my lower legs when running. I don't get it as bad anymore, but I do more cycling than anything. It's good because you use a lot more of your core to support you and it engages more of your quads and calves than anything. I feel it's really helped my short-term stamina for things such as 3 mile runs at a quick pace to achieve the military entry times, which is something I've always struggled with

Forgot to do this.

I'll do this. Got any tips for a good starting weight?
walk 10km without any weight (minus water ofc) until you can do it without feeling tired, then start adding weight

When we do our stuff we do:
10kg for 10km
20kg for 20km
30kg for 30km
