Gmod Random CTD+Freeze

So I'm having an issue with my Gmod, I play on a server and nothing happens usually, Then My Gmod minimizes and quits without an error, and it also freezes My Steam.

This randomly started happening about 3 days ago, and it's SUPER ANNOYING.
Any Fix?

ISSUE 2: When I attempt to join the HL2 RP server here, It downloads the models and decals, and When it reaches the final decal (something like blood decal 10?) It freezes there, and it just stays there.

EDIT: After Some Fiddling, I realized 2 things, The Crashing happens on only CERTAIN servers.
The Issue 2 Is Exclusive to NC

I am having that exact issue as well. Currently trying to deal with it, I'll let you know if I find a fix.

Disabling Addons do not work

Deleted Servers Download folder, And Deleted Addons and redownloaded them

The Download is stuck at the end of blood_splatter_decal 10

I had a problem like this once.

Unsubscribing from all addons and deleting the addons folder then re-installing G-Mod fixed it for me.
