judging by it, it's a material problem? Have you tried deleting materials and verifying game cache as Maxim above yet?

he's done that, I reckon it's a particle problem, as it says in the error logs.

ok so i completely wiped my computer, downloaded steam along with garry's mod(+content pack), hl2, e1 and e2 yet i am still getting this issue

i would ask for help but at this point it is utterly useless :(

my last suggestion before this gets locked, try and update your graphics drivers (if it's outdated) and maybe check the insides of your computer if something is a briquette in there.

Resolved the issue by uninstalling my display adapter via device manager, restarting my computer (+loading it in safemode) and then reinstalling the display adapter.
