Civil Protection have to remember 1000's of codes and names, whether it be location tags, prosecution codes or radio indexes. Getting two very similar sounding and spelled words mixed up is a mistake that doesn't warrant an entire thread about it, calling them morons and meming about it isn't exactly funny when you couldn't even get into Civil Protection if you tried lad.

Narcotic is not Necrotic.
If you get them confused, then it's pretty disappointing cos it's easy to tell the difference.

Necro = Death. Necro-tic makes sense.
Narco = "related to stupor or a stuporous state" such as provided with Drugs. Narco-tic makes sense for drugs.
