[Idea] Rebel Internet system in HL2RP?

The same way CWU and all have the intranet, shouldn't rebels have some form of equality?

A kind of primitive network that could communicate with rebels in the same lands and ICly in other areas of the world, ish.

Was just an idea that popped in my head. What do you guys think?

Probably not, since the resistance is a loose network of society outcasts and guerilla fighters. I don't see how it could logically even function with who gets to use it, how they are suppost to use it, and how the combine won't sabotage the network immediately.
