Yeah, women saw combat in WW1...maybe 5000 at most...who were mostly Russians...which is a faction not even in the game. Which compared to the millions upon millions upon millions of men (from the factions represented in the game) served during the war is substantially nothing. See, if women soldiers were a feature in an up coming DLC or a campaign mission, then sure, makes sense. But being part of the main multiplayer is not only unrealistic, but it takes you out of the IMMERSION. See, Battlefield's key motive was never about realism, it was about immersion (like any great game/franchise). Imagine in the movie Fury, John Bernthal and Shia Labeouf's characters were replaced by women mid-movie with absolutely no rhyme or reason, it would be ofputting, if the Night Witches were mentioned by one of the characters in the movie, it would be fine (even though Night Witches weren't well known by any solders at the time). What a bunch of horrible articles.
