Wow I love the city maps! Do you have any that are completed / nearly completed that I can check on on single player??
None of the city maps I've worked on have quite made it past prototyping and blockouts I'm afraid.

admittedly, I need to make this place look a bit more, post-combine, bit too clean at the moment
I suggest that you add some mountains surround the city, like in this picture https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/7e/Christchurch_City.jpg along with a Citadel on it and its massive cables connected to the mountain and have some-sort of electricity-connecting towers on it, plus a train track from HL2 Beta Coast leading to the Citadel (perfect reference in zak's Depot map.)
Perhaps this skybox; sky_lostcoast_hdr, from HL2 Lost Coast or cs_tibet from CSS would fit this map, and maybe you could add a color correction to the map with a slightly cyan/blue color to it and a bit of a white, a bright sun pointing from behind of that Combine tower, you could also add a bit of a bloom to this map, but not too much, otherwise terminal screens and other stuff are going to be bright as hell. Perhaps you can also use some assets from C24? I think that this map feels really empty and cheap, since its full of CSS textures and models. You should also make the streets a bit wider and more rooms and builings for people to utilize, along with an admin box of some-sort.

EDIT: Just realised that City 19 is Venice, not Christchurch.

Utilizing some of the cold war image dump to experiment with some blockouts that would fit the theme.
Currently wanted to see how larger buildings would behave, given the other war torn blockout was very much ground level.

Included NPC models for scale
