A suitable primary location has been sited.
Construction efforts are slow, and furnishings less than optimal, but the area appears safe.
However, accommodating refugees demands increased vault construction and resource consolidation.

Storage facilities to provide a comprehensive repository of materials and equipment are nearly complete.
Crude automation has greatly alleviated the burden of mass producing refined materials.
Additional furnace setups are scheduled to be installed as soon as primary construction ends.

Recent harvests have yielded promising surpluses.
A potential expansion for animal husbandry is feasible, though limited by logistical hurdles.
