constant 60+fps on my 1060 & underclocked i7 7700k w/ 16gb of ram, although some settings are tuned down! =]

i've got 6 gb of ram and a gtx950 and it runs pretty well on low settings. I think you're fine mate.

i run Ark Survival Evolved on very high with 60-70 fps, but with random fps drops here and there, but every game runs differently, minecraft runs like crap due to not being able to allocate more than 1gb ram for example

Upgrade your windows to 64 bit. You’ve got 4GB of ram that will never be used on a 32 bit system

Other than that it’ll run well based on the hardware

You’d probably experience frame drops on the bigger game modes but the small ones will run fine
