I assumed a pistol would be lowest on the "What you can have" Scale of firearms.

Meaning if you can't even have a pistol, you shouldn't be allowed any other weapon.

Unless it's some kind of concealed carry law.

A pistol is way easier to conceal than a long firearm, and as such it's more dangerous.

fired a couple of them, .45 doesn't kick as hard as it's lead up to be, as long as you don't grip it like a wet sandwich.
