How did yall decide how many cities there are/ where they are? Is it based off the number of people on the globe, or like some canon source idk about? Or is it jaut kinda asspulled?

if you mean what was the basis for our city list it was just the issue of simple maths

had to bring the number of ppl per city down to less than ten mil and then it went on its own
