They most likely need to prep everything like whitelist applications and shit before they launch the forum, and as they aren't to certain on everything, it will probably be a short while.
I understand, just wondering if there's any date or general time set for it to be opened, might want to make some guides and char bio's etc.

Good things to read, I'm sure that a lot will be similar to what you'll find in here, but obvious differences with the incorporation of Western Europe into the Soviet Union. Some of it, you'll have to log in to see.

I also think its' funny how people laugh off state rights and the Civil War while ignoring the evermore increasing tension between Americans with conflicts between a Hamiltonian/Jeffersonian vision of America. Very interesting to see people who claim to be so academically inclined basically laugh of what professors literally teach their students in a third-year course covering the subject. It wasn't just slavery, and it wasn't just state rights. It was the increasing tension between the planter elite of the South, who upheld the Jeffersonian vision of a primarily agricultural yeoman farmer communities throughout the states, opposing big national banks (as Andrew Jackson once called them, 'the Monster Bank', and opposed subsidies. Hamilton wanting big economically subsidized industry to thrust the United States into competition with rival nations and centralize the government. This had been playing out for ages, and to deny the growing bitterness from Southerners not simply over slavery, but the potential to lose more political power through the incorporation of various new territories that threatened not only slavery, but the South's political power in general. This is not to say that slavery, or state rights, or the power politics of the time was the reason anyone in particular fought for either side. A Union patrol captured a wounded Confederate soldier and asked him why he was fighting. The Confederate simply said, "because you're all down here."

But this isn't about the Civil War, this is about WW3RP, so let's cut the shitposting.

https://fas.org/man/eprint/marques.pdf - Insurgency warfare in Urban environments.

I did also study counter-insurgency in Urban environments against highly trained forces (See: Operation Gladio) and so on so forth. It's p interesting stuff.

Credit to @GenericPlayer for the document.

I just hope it will be better then what the old ww3rp was.
agreed tbh
honestly if the concept flops I have my money on it being because of the players, since @Roosebud is clearly putting a lot of effort into making it all work
