WW3RP Generations events
The Generations events were run on the WW3RP server and set in WW2. They used WW2 content and lasted a few days long.

Generations I:
The first Generations event was in October 2015 run by LemonPunch and set on the eastern front.

Generations II:
The second event was in October 2017 run by nebulous.cloud and set in Normandy.

what did spartan do anyway?

If I recall - not sure if it was the right generations but this was a long time ago, there was very little to do daily so the actual server got really stale quickly, whilst events (if properly advertised) were extremely popular. The result was crippling to numbers, and it was called off early. Spartan didn't communicate much either from what I know towards the end - which left staff unsure of how to progress. We also had a system where we changed map frequently, but I think we settled for the largest available for the remainder of the event.

On the topic of the AMA, will we see a similar way of progress as the old WW3RP? That being where we had 'campaign' style sessions, and changed map after an end of season style operation of sorts.
