that shouldn't have happened, because I doubt 90% of your applications use the clockwork font.
try restarting your PC, font cache might be broken or something weird.

just download comic sans, rename it to 'mailartrubberstamp' and place it in:
[directory]\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cache\workshop\resource\fonts
should work i think
