They'll probably go via Kings Road so should run into eachother

I think Ramsey won't risk sending men for her directly. He's already fairly confident he can crush Castle Black and that is his main concern now - he knows Sansa will be running there anyway (which she is) so there's a good chance he'll go right there assuming she will and entirely skip Sansa over in the woods.

Which leads them bumping into John, possibly.
