No it wouldn't. The whole saga is about Anakin. Anakin is the chosen one, he is the one that is supposed to bring balance to the force

"Was" supposed to bring balance. The whole point of Revenge of The Sith is to show his corruption and straying away from the path to bring balance, tipping it in favor of the Sith

He literally has not been involved in nu-star wars outside of kylo's obsession with his helmet and past and wasn't mentioned past the 1st movie iirc

I think you are drastically overestimating disney's ability to write good plots, and setting your expectations way too high

He did bring balance to the force before the ST was made. He killed Palpatine in ROTJ, saving the Jedi and bringing balance to the force
