Right, honestly?

It wasn't at all a bad movie. Is it incredible? No, but it absolutely has fantastic moments. It feels more like a Star Wars movie than the last one did (and actually basically ignores a lot of that movie - it barely comes up and cuts out the shit people hated about it) as well as brings back some old favourites. Has some great scenes in it too.

I won't do spoilers yet though.

Nah. He doesn't die, but it's something that impacts him for a while.

Honestly if the movie didn't need to spend a solid half of its runtime correcting or ignoring Episode 8 it'd be so much better than it is (which isn't bad).
