Dva's ult is not as risky as reapers. Reaper needs to wait way longer until there's an oportunity for him to pull stuff like this off. You can just kill or stun reaper during the ult whereas dva exits her suit.

And since all you see online are videos like this people don't realise the majority of the time reapers ult kills 1-2 persons max

diva has to position her suit correctly or it can be winston'd / reinhart charge / roadhog hooked so it becomes COMPLETELY negated

her suit also can be dodged by standing in front of any patch of prop / wall in the way of the suit, no matter how small it is (unless they patched that as well)

i guess both have their major drawbacks, considering you can get mccre stunned or hogged
