I mean, WW1 does work, the only sadness is that it won't work on games such as Battlefield, and rather have to be their own independent thing, such as Verdun

As for what the game is gonna be, it seems obvious it's either gonna be something far into the future, or something further back in time; in other words, Battlefield 1942 or Battlefield 2143

Red Orchestra 2 and Battlefield are two very different types of games.

tbh, only good WW1 game is Verdun and that was rather limited in my opinion. If Battlefield can pull it off and keep it entertaining, i'm game. But I'd prefer a WW2 setting/Vietnam.

the only WW1 game i played and enjoyed was Valiant Hearts (great game, one of my favs) but thats not even an FPS, so not really on topic of battlefield
