Such events are the result of the blind "refugee welcome" policy. Of course you cant really read their thoughts when they request asylum, however the leniency given when some turn up without a valid pass or no passport at all is the most dangerous thing about germanys refugee policy and makes it far more easier for terrorists to get into the country (not saying every refugee is a terrorist). To my surprise a select number of politicians still act like there's no problem at hand which I find pathetic and a spite to all the victims families and friends.
