The o7 tradition was most likely carried over to Nebulous (Or Lemonpunch) from TnB - TacoNBanana. Perhaps it was created there since the owner was a bit military nut and could've possibly made it as a salute? (Also a crossdresser, a unique combo). It goes as far back as 2008 (perhaps even further back), which is coincidentally around the time where I started RPing. Though I've got absolutely no idea how it got to TnB. Who knows.
