With Half-Life 2 Roleplay on the decline

How would HL2 remotely work outside the city though if it didn't just become Rebel-centric?

Half the factions people know and depend upon for their RP as a citizen wouldn't work anymore and it may as well not be HL2 at that point.

There's a reason all attempts at breaking the formula elsewhere too far have utterly failed and why even LP didn't try to change it up too much.

I have a feeling this would become stale real quick, City RP atleast incorporates both sides (action & passive) since there's UC/CAB. WI/CWU/UM and CP roleplay would be way less fun in a rundown ass camp. Things like this camp idea should be reserved for events.

events are way better
an entire server where its the same cast of characters in a hub zone with daily shit to do in the camp and weekly shit to apply for to be done on a different map or some shit

I want an original roleplay or a clever made up one. where the community is involved not just staff and admins. Also, players included.

and that events are not always the norm just something out of nowhere sometimes that's fun and not a hassle or an oh here goes the staff again! just pure fun and no loot whoring and such. no dick move pk's attempts. if you die they have must a reason and you a reason why you don't deserve to die and the history or the story of what you two or several went through. and admins/staff that wish and desire to put their time and not get lazy and go 'Ehh.. i did enough for today they should be fine' While everyone goes there is nothing to do. unless they roleplay each other socially and make something to do for themselves or,

oh an admin is not on and some guy is ruining the fun and we reported it and nobody is here yet!. then what do you do? make the same mistake as the guy who ruins it all or does it on mistake or purpose. what do you do then? but anyway lets all Hubble together. or who is interested,

like really interested and not those who just those who want to ruin a potential new gamemode with their trollish attitude or make mediocre/minge suggestions and go like 'how about Vietnam rp or every city rp ever' like serious clever and original ideas that might sound really interesting and discuss it out and not go directly yes that one and nothing else this will be it. there is always room for suggestions and what to discuss​
