iirc @Kafe stole an APC and did some shit with it and it caused a massive argument back in apoc LMAO
yea but it was fair since they left it unlocked IC + nobody watching it, I remember ruling that one out (even though the cops vehemently disagreed)

combine lock breaches are also applicable here

But I suppose until they manage that ambush - which probably won't happen on low pop when the APC is rolling about on patrols - it becomes a brick wall that forces everyone inside. I get why that pisses people off.

If anything the APC is mainly used for transport anyway which is why I don't see the Paddy Wagon as a big change. Only difference is you won't be able to go skeet shooting with it.
i actually wanted the wagon implemented earlier

Correct.
You can talk to the vort players now, the whitelist has been trimmed somewhat and it's easier to approach it as a whole because of that. I'm down to talk about bringing an idea where vorts aren't pinpoint-accurate and are encouraged to 'miss' on purpose at extreme ranges to combat the fog-boring-s2k-behavior.

combine overrides are supposed to allow for it, but it hasn't been coded yet
If we can’t even get an hp change to work with the APC plug-in I doubt it’ll be possible to code in an override system for it

Never worked in my favor as a vort. The fog and distance itself meant I was missing most of the time - while bullets shot at me led to grazing hits pretty damn consistently. Unless you actually get a direct hit on a cop and not a splash with beam, there's no damage feedback like guns and their hitmarkers. Pretty sure I can count the amount of times I beamed someone on apoc with one hand.

it's not fun when there's only 6-7 combatable rebels on and you're being raped by at least 25+ combine
I mean, at-least in the non-staff perspective (a.k.a the player).
We can only see Citizens online as one whole, it's not easy to differentiate between what I imagine you mean by 'combatable rebels' and 'refugees'

i couldnt give two shits about the fight earlier

however i do hope, and expect, the rebels are allowed to hit the combine base exactly how they hit us earlier

and by that, i mean us being allowed to pull out every stop we have access to and us push up as far as the entrance to the combine's base

if we're allowed to do that then cool idc

also, dare i ask; does the combine side still have infinite vendors?

and by that, i mean us being allowed to pull out every stop we have access to and us push up as far as the entrance to the combine's base

Cops have limited stock yeah.

Pretty sure OTA have unlimited stock and are still a faction with zero consequences unless they've also been given limited stock (everyone I've asked has said they have unlimited stock still)

Sounds about right, pretty sure it is 50 or 75 depending on the equipment
