I also dunno why people are compare-and-contrasting as if WW3 and HL2 are in rival communities and you have to pick-and-choose. Like whatever happens it is a massive boon Nebulous anyway and it isn't like either side has any interest at all in either server flopping (not that they would flop anyway) given they're run under the same banner.

The good thing about HL2 is it is very much a backbone where people can just hop on and do their thing and it allows for others servers to be put up that are a lot more experimental without a huge risk to Neb as a whole if they don't go entirely as planned from the get-go.

Plus speaking from a development point of view we can go back to the days on LP wherein dev work for one could be used to assist the other.

Very nice. I'm hoping PK's will be enforced rather heavily. As I otherwise fear a slip back into the past mindsets that plagued the server will happen. Enjoyed the reading the lore. Looking forward to see what @char and company do with it as this setting has a lot of potential.
