how much caffeine did you consume?
Not much more than most do at that age (a few cans of coke a day) but it had the risk to trigger some underlying issues if I didn't stop/cut down. I went cold-turkey then swapped to having it maybe once or twice a week as a treat.

i once went through a whole year drinking nothing but coke, until I found out that sparkling water somehow satisfied my addiction

Nah

You only need to do that if you want to go arnie mode/extremely swole
The dude who owns my local gym (and his wife) are both professional bodybuilders who've won shit all over the world for like 20 years now. He tried me on that sort of diet when I first started going there (we paid for the full membership which had diet stuff included) and I had to pack it in within two days - I literally couldn't stomach anymore variations of chicken, rice and sweet potato five times a day.

They're great people and absolutely know what they're doing but fuck me they have inhuman dedication.

You tend to get used to it after the 1 month mark tbh

Like don't get me wrong, I watch what I eat and work out properly but going that strict just isn't on the cards for me.

I only exercise at home using light dumbbells. I work for endurance mostly.

During the summer I used to run about 4km every day. Was really fun and not that hard.

I only heard him scream and saw him leaning there but I think he was working out on some chest press, though I initially thought he was doing shoulders and he somehow dislocated them but nope that guy was done
Cable flys? He probably rotated back too much and dislocated his shoulder

Fucking moron. If you feel your shoulder during a chest exercise (incline chest press excluded, considering it grabs your front delts) then stop and work on your form

Actually not, I don’t know how to call it in English but he didn’t use free weights , like you weren’t able to have a bad form there due to the machine. But the machine itself got stacked by outside weights. I never use that one so no idea of the name. My pal was pretty sure that this dude broke his arm though, quite devastating for that dudes progress
