I heartily recommend RE2 Remake, while playing on Assisted mode is easier, it also robs the game of a lot of the horror survival that was the strength of the higher difficulty modes. For a narrative, Assisted, for horror survival, higher. Peace,

I think he means the blobs, I was in the same boat too dude. Had to dodge them because I had no ammo and no subs. 7 hours and change to complete an RE2 playthrough, not bad, smh though I got knocked down to Assisted difficulty by a continue screen aaaaargh!

Yeah that was my strategy, thought it was randomised, turns out each one has three or so stress points you can nail with the handgun for a quick death. Mind you, the things shamble speed seemed to accelerate to FTL when you were trying to drop them. Hah.

The game isn’t as fun as it was years ago, because it was years ago, the game is old and it’s a tired old thing that needs to go to the retirement home. Only so much you can add to a cake before it gets mould. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fun still. But it can’t push many more boundaries.
