I'm sorry but I've literally given anyone on the event team and staff team power to do stuff for the rebels and even encouraged them to do so; I went out of my way to make sure each cell had their own area to themselves so they could run their own operations, recruit new members etc. I've provided several mini-events for those outside of the blacksite across the two days, one of which I even set up for you @Gaben - You asked me to set something up and I did.
what's the rebels main goal in the event?

Antlion attacks and other mini-events are fun if they're a one time thing sure, but we want a reason for why the resistance is here. Give us an actual storyline or something like that, some goal that we have to pursue rather than just NPCs.

im guessing since the union's goal is to start the relay, the resistance's goal is to stop it

figuring out what went on in the blacksite and why it's coming back up
figuring out wtf the relay is being used for and if there's a way to stop it
using the citizen population to potentially recruit new people and bolster their numbers a tad

I'm going to push back the ending of the event by one day to make today more rebel focused and hopefully provide a better experience

do they have any set ways they can do recon on this stuff or is it on them to sort it

from what i've seen, the blacksite has some big paranormal / supernatural / evil power to it, yeah? just let the rebels work with vortigaunts or something (maybe even get event team to play as natives to the region) and try to harness the power too, steal it from the union

this way it gives the rebels agency and something to do, so they can directly fuck over the union side, which will also keep the UU side busy since they'll have to fight the rebels

could even make it so the weird vooodoo power shit is connected to something tangible that both sides can defend, throw in some transmitters, explain them as what is controlling the weird shit in the area, let people fight over that and make bases around said transmitters, or even just have rebels try to repair some old broken one and get some good stardew valley type shit

Should check in today in that regard now the ending has been pushed back another day.........

ye i saw that just as i posted my thing

just keep em busy with some big goals and a way to directly combat the union without it being an s2k fest and you've got the rebels satisfied

also while we’re here, can UU get some love too in this gap? imo union side has been boring with the odd expedition and ghost man thing showing up, it’ll be boring if we just get rebels having fun whilst we sit on a gate and shoot the odd bird
