There's no point in trying to use the state to censor what people are saying (Yeah I realise the irony in me saying that)

But don't be surprised when someone smacks a Nazi upside the head when the spurt bullshit out of their mouth. And denial of the current Nazi movements strength and part in history is just plain stupid imo.
A lot of systems wouldn't really allow for extremest parties to ever win tbh. And I think the term "nazi" has become warped in recent times, which is why people are saying you shouldn't inflict violence on people like that.

Parties like BNP or UKIP would never be able to hold office because our voting system wouldn't allow it unless they flipped like 70% of the population

Don't get me wrong, the term "Nazi" and "Fascist" have been over used, especially when describing parties such as the BNP or UKIP (Which would be better to be described as Neo-Conservative if anything).

However, the popularity in National Socialist/Fascist text such as that written by Julius Evola has been higher than normal. And so has activites in Fascist movements. I mean, they don't even need a majority just a good time to act. What better than an opposition to Neo-Liberal policy and migrant crisis?

There are some genuine national socialists within parties like BNP/UKIP but the thing is they 'poison the well' so to speak. Sorta like how all Trump supporters or leave voters are painted as immigrant hating racists.

You're probably right honestly- I can't really say why that might be but I'd hazard a guess at people just being disillusioned with reality. People are seeing the issues like you mentioned but aren't seeing anyone wanting to do anything about it apart from actual extremists or people labelled as extremists.

I mean it's a shame really, that Trump supporters are painted as "racist redneck hicks who want to kill the blacks and spics" when in reality they are mostly working class people who haven't seen any change in their life and wanted some. Since Trump gave an outlet for the cause of neo-liberal policies (In this case, the wars in the middle east causing mass migration, and the war on drugs bringing in migrants from Mexico) which happened to point the blame at minority groups.

Although of course, many people don't even support him for that, but the mainstream media focused on it, painting a picture that elluded to that. So naturally, after years of being misrepresented by liberals calling themselves "progressives" or "leftists" they sway farther right as a reaction.

People are seeing the issues like you mentioned but aren't seeing anyone wanting to do anything about it apart from actual extremists or people labelled as extremists.

And even then, extremists are usually painted to be terrorists. But really it could just mean someone outside of the mainstream political system. I mean, people called Obama a Communist unironically at times.

tl:dr: Liberals are dicks who alienate working people. Extremists aren't always terrorists.

I don't even know why we should debate this.

Nazism is barbaric.

Sticking up for Nazism is like Sticking up for BLM, you're sticking up for a hateful barbaric racist group.
And America's role in the war was sucking debt-cash out of major European countries.

I mean, you went to war because some samurai fishermen got your ships with next to no casualties? Nah, America entered that war to earn a big fat wad of cold money

I bet you accuse the entire Wehrmacht of being filled with Nazis too lmao

please calm down
Normally I wouldn't get angry at people insulting my country, but I have a right to be pissed.

Japan did multiple atrocities to China in WW2, then they decided to attack us.

If he's going to give my country shit for going to war for our civilians getting killed then I have a right to be angry.

then why do you care about any of this then lmao
Because I respect some of the decisions my country has made, there's a difference between nationalism and sticking up for a countries decisions.
