I have NOTHING now, NOTHING.
one 12kg dumbbell and climbing 3 steps at a time on one leg is doing the trick p.well

slow tempo bicep curls, overhead tricep extensions, dumbbell squats, towel rows and deadlifting one end of the couch seems to be working pretty well. that and you get an awesome pump for your family members to see for the thousandth time

figured if im not going to make any gains at home the best i can do is use the time to build more mind muscle connection

day 13 of 50 pushups, sit-ups and squats + 10km ruck/5km run spread throughout 5 days with 2 days rest

actually pretty kino. Almost at my max pushups again already

Been doing one punch man body weight with pull ups and chin ups mixed in.

Can't run cause 'rona, but get on the bench after that for da heavy liftan' and just up the number of squats.

Big BrOtIeN shake and a chicken/rice based meal afterwards.

This coupled with good sleep and SSRIs really do be hittin different, starting to feel balanced for the first time this year.

Cold showers help too, if you're a pussy just start hot and finish cold.

yesterday was rest day so i rucked instead and brother it hurts but in a good way

well looks like a lot of us won't be able to go to the gym anymore for the coming few weeks. i won't be able to for 4 weeks.

i suppose my main focus now is going to be running again. what are you guys going to be doing?
I prepared, and got basic gym equipment (dumbbells, mattress, etc.).

I've got less options, ye, but that's not gonna stop me. Better than nothing.

not feeling any pain at all today nor yesterday

went rucking with a friend of yesterday and am feeling great as well. 12km in 2 hours 32 minutes so it was okay

Also it snowed today??
