3x15 split squats 10kg on each leg

3x5 weighted pulls to chest

3x15 weighted dips

15 continuous burpees

2km rowing for some light arm and back work

dont forget to hit the upper body. overhead press is the squat of upper body IMO
Need core and leg strength more than upper body strength for work but I naturally get shoulder and back muscle from wearing a plate carrier all day erry day

otherwise i can just hit gym on-base afterwards

i didnt actually work out my legs either, just got it from work mostly

Anyway let me share a story of how a rubber band sexually assaulted me in the gym at the free weight room

I wanted to do pull ups with minor assistance, so I did assisted rubber pull ups to target my rear delts specifically

It slips

It spanks me HARD

Pulls my fucking shirt up, revealing my barely in shape chest to the entire free weight room

Everyone saw

Contemplated quitting but I remembered being bullied during high school and how it made me emotionally detached so I just kept going

well im a fucking skinny cunt so I wanted to put on a bit of weight in a healthy way and be able to run for more than 20 seconds before my lungs collapse, not too sure myself really
