this is why i dont play much anymore. the setting is so jarg to me, a lot of it (not all of it) is just real life RP but more cringe - its mainly self-inserts, racist people or folks who can't exert authority in real life so they take it out on video games. you've really gotta jam yourself into a clique to feel at home but at that point you've already started out with people you know so its not nearly as engaging of a story because you've basically mutually agreed that you'll be loyal pals forever and you can't keep up the same level of consistent roleplay
best time i had was when me and
@Powley had just started playing and we were truly just trying to figure shit out and make friends IC it was cool i loved that but even that becomes second life eventually when you've ran the same routine of night-club jumping for so many nights in a row.
think i'll give it a proper run again some time with minimal support from the homeboys so i can jam myself into contacts and shit completely on my own.
