Someone else I know did this and ended up in a similar situation, ended up losing all of their weapons licenses because they tried to RP out a realistic response to a wreck. Some cops just exist on the server to find convictions to pad their records and not much else, gotta get lucky and hope one of the maybe five or so good ones end up responding to your scene.
