they're their own individual cultural enterprises with different aims and goals
they're mostly generic gangs with culture thrown in like k-town and the japs

i work at sanetti's. it's basically just cwurp
then you have jobs like being a mechanic, logistics, news, or freelance stuff. all player-ran providing services to the whole server
firefighters and emts exist although aren't seen often, usually accompanied by lspd/sd
overall they all pay you decent amounts for good rp

try being a bouncer, 20k in 2-3 hours just by telling people to pay amount, can also insult people's appearance and clothes for fun

theyre all around. fire/ems is fun but they don't like detailed RP for whatever reason, if you apply prep for other faction members to report you for adding too much into a /me. im in the lspd but the sheriffs I enjoy a lot more, most of them are very fun to rp with and its difficult to say the same about pd
