The obvious big four:
Fallout 3 / New Vegas
The Elder Scrolls Morrowing / Oblivion
Not sure how well they would do remastering them though.

When people say fallout 4 is the best fallout I lose a little hope in humanity
I'd like having morrowind remastered considering I never played it because of the shitty graphics. Though, it affected the lore of skyrim in a big way. I wouldn't mind a remaster of Fallout New Vegas, but to be honest, I already played the game so much that a graphical change wouldn't matter much to me considering I love the game.
