I left out alot of shit cos I could not be arsed.

I went with things in my house or near me.

Woodland Camo + ammo pouch - A Market down the road, some guy has a shit ton of millitary clothing and Pouches.

Mosin - Downstairs in my Gun Case, locked up. It has an 8x Scope and Bipod. Mainly because I use it for Long range shooting.
Bayonnet is not actually a bayonnet, just a make shift one.

Medium Sized Backpack - Mainly contains things like Water, spare things, Matches you know camping like shit.

Belt would have a small knife and a small hatchet (Found in my shed)

Small Pouches are filled with Ammo Clips for quick reloads and large pouches have a pack of Surplus Ammunition, this would be stored downstairs. (And I know where to find more as well) each pack would contain around 100 shots.

Medkit is just a medkit.

Goggles because blood in your eyes hurt, Face mask in my house to keep face warm and a hat for the head.

Various small tools to keep me going and this is pretty useful and in law.

What is that rifle chambered in? Uk law only allows rifles like this

Rifles
British law defines a "rifle" as a rifled firearm with a barrel longer than 30 cm (12 in), and a total length longer than 60 cm (24 in) that does not fall under the classification of long-barrelled revolver or pistol. Single-shot, bolt-action, Martini-action, lever-action (also called under-lever action) and revolver rifles and carbines are permitted, with certificate, in any calibre. Self-loading (also known as semi-automatic) or pump-action rifles are only permitted in .22 rimfire calibre.

Unless your rifle is of the carbine type

bolt-action
in any calibre.

All I have is a restriction on how many Firearms I can have (3) and I am only permitted to use .22LR and 7.62 x 39mm (As I requested it in my form)

E: You can get a 50. Cal if you really wanted to, but it needs to be bolt action. (And if you have good reason to own one)

I do long range Sported Shooting at my range, so I requested for a High caliber rifle on my fourm and made an explination why (for sporting) so I could shoot 300m to 500m. 22. LR is not too good at long range. They said 'Alright fam' and I had to show Proof that I am a member. I needed to fill endless fourms ect. and then I get a FAC saying "This man can buy 22. and 7.62 ammunition" but I can only store 100 rounds. And I can only buy it once every two weeks.

I also have additional Optics and Bipod fitted onto it, cheap optics and bipod but better than ironsight.

So I tried making a setup using only things that I have around my home, and then made up reasons for everything and what my plan for survival would be.

308b5682d8.jpg
I also have a picture of the axe I would be using, a beauty she is.
334lw79.jpg
Why:
  • Axe: An axe I have at home that is supposed to be used as a "weapon".
  • Clothing: Self explanatory, Can add or remove items depending on season.
  • Hiking Bag: I have multiple of these at home, large ones. Note that the items "inside" such as the guitar and sleeping bag would actually be strapped on the outside. (More food and water would take their place)
  • Guitar: For relaxation and enjoyment, and if all else goes to shit it could be useful in other ways by breaking it apart.
  • Sleeping Bag: Something nice to keep the heat in while you sleep.
  • Fishing kit (+ rod): So I could fish for food, keep myself sustained.
  • Medibag: A complete bag with medical equipment, meds. That sort of stuff.
  • Wristwatch: To keep track of time, which I find important.
  • Hip flask: To fill, and if needed, boil water in. Useful.
  • Swiss army knife: Everyone should have one of these, multiple tools in one. Useful.
  • Flint and steel: To light fires with, of course.
How:
In pretty much any situation that the world goes to shit, I'd stay in my home for as long as possible. Doing scavenging runs and such. If my home is no longer safe I would head for the school near the centre of the village I live in. In there there are materials to fortify it, multiple floors and a room full of potential weapons (the workshop).

If all else goes to shit I'd head out into the woods and live there, fishing in the rivers and boiling water clean for myself to drink.

But mosins aren't chambered in 7.62x39

an axe/hatchet can be used for a lot of things, and a weapon is one of the lowest things on the list
