The zweider or however you type it, to me is better than the Exec. but the Exec costing 7 points means you can go max armor with it, while with the Zweinder forces 3-3-0 (which is not bad, no one goes for legs lmao), or 2-2-2 or smth alike

The stab and speed advantage make me prefer the zwein

Yeah I run the exec with full 3 armor set so I am very tanky, while the Zwei I see it does a lot of damage but it's VERY expensive, which is why I usually don't use it unless I'm with my scavenger class just looting bodies

the spent-all-points-on-bloodlust-so-you-can-only-equip-one-primary gang

i dont even think its worth it to invest into stats when ur decently armored because bloodlust is one of the only viable ones real men play with 0 points used in stats
