made myself some pierogis the other night, didn't take any pics of the finished product because i was too busy stuffing them in my fat face

the trick is to boil them first (and fry some onions in butter while you do it), and THEN you fry them in oil

i normally use canola oil or sunflower seed oil, but this time i didn't have either so i fried them in olive oil, turned out surprisingly good and i might do it more often for the flavor
