if you're going with an enb it's gotta be Rudy. But I prefer playing without most of the time. If your settings are even slightly off it can usually be quite the eyesore.

i played new vegas completely vanilla with the dlc packs. I stopped playing around level 40 when I just arrived in zion or whatever

any suggested mods? I don't want whatever dumb weapon/armour pack/hyper anime graphics, just some general improvements and maybe some good quest mods

you'll need 4gb new vegas and new vegas script extender but that honestly does it for me when it comes to mods, never overdo it to the point where your game starts feeling like something its not.

He makes some of the best independent quest mods on New Vegas, probably the best.
