The map itself is only an edit of a map by someone else, anyone can use it now that it's up on the Steam Workshop. They're welcome to, since it has the 'NC' in the map name itself and is designed for us in terms of Willard Industries and such. One problem we did have once was someone edited Zak's edit of i17 by changing rations slightly and keeping everything else the same, then called it their own. But that was handled.
In terms of copying our forums, we don't have a copyright or whatever on the way we have our theme so anyone can make it like that. More communities have used our theme than you think, but it really doesn't matter that much.
