the update has destroyed the game, wouldnt recommend playing at the moment

commanders on either side apparently can put out unlimited commands for napalm, bombs, etc - and apparently vietnamese can now use napalm/spookies, etc

also, games are lagging frequently every 5 secs when you can actually get in

apparently the devs are aware but they obviously rushed the update out for epic

i got it on epic and love it so far, pretty fun

wanted to get it for a while now but it was too expensive for me

the game was fucked pretty much all of today and yesterday. lag, high ping, can't shoot, can't bandage and when i got off a few hours ago the new campaign couldn't even progress because of the lag. hopefully it's fixed, but it's good seeing the servers populated with spastic level 0s to kill for once

This is one of the few times where I've been genuinely angered by developers fucking the game. Really wanted it to be a good release for Epic Games to breathe some new life into the game, and introduce new players who otherwise wouldn't consider it. I just doubt how many will stick around after this cataclysmic failure of a launch

there's been some bugs and stuff in the past with updates, even since launch and the beta, but nothing on this scale

honestly ill still probably stick around after launch personally despite its shortcomings

i know they arent a AAA mega company so its obvious theyre gonna have issues right now considering there are probably millions of people trying to play a game that had a peak of 13k players previously
