I mean there's probably some Air Con/Heating so they can wear the suit through their shift and to stop their masks from fogging up - but I mean they're still going to have to deal with the extreme cold.

The suit does indeed have temperature adjustment systems, but like every piece of CP equipment it’s suitable for city usage, not freezing colds of the Alps.
