Haven't touched top tier in a while, but figured I'd try it out with the new BR roof. Ended up having a bit of a tank ace gameplay, quite an enjoyable game even though it was a slaughter.

Idk if people are still alive on this thread, but if people are still interested in playing, Steam name's the same as on the forum and ingame so send me a request if you wanna play in a squad. Don't care what nation, tanks or plane, just searching for someone to enjoy a good time with......... in more than one way.............

no matter where or what I shoot I can't kill T54s and that's with a kwk44 apcbc shell

there was one occasion where I killed a t54 in one hit from the front and I almost choked on welsh mint cake so from now on I J out

It's the textbook example of having to actually get around them / catch them by surprise unless you're packing heat of at least a tier higher. I was only able to kill them (or anything really) with the begleitpanzer's main autocannon by getting around them and doming a group of them in the back of their turret, with a lucky rocket taking out a fifth from the side.

I mainly deal with them frontally by going for the driver and tracks and then zooming around, unless I'm in a Leo or Abrams and I can just cut through their armor like butter.

every time I encounter one I'm in a Maus which has the mobility of madge harvey

speaking of the maus I'm fairly disappointed with it to say the least. the front 200mm plate is bent into a U shape so the thickness decreases to about 180mm, making the front of the tank the easiest to pen. The gun isn't amazing and usually fails to damage anything more than optic ports, and the obj 120 and APDS spam at 6.7 - 8.7 just melt through your armour
