late-tier is effectively a different game from early/mid-tier imo

is3 has an angled side armor, around the hull at least

shoot the bottom or turret

side armour is 90mm angled to about 160 or more with a 5mm structural steel plate on it. strong but it shouldnt be this strong:

apcr is bad against angled armor and tends to bounce though, aim for the turret or inbetween the track wheels - think you can even hit it there with a pzgr39

miss when it was just germs v soviets in ground forces
gaijins turned war thunder ground forces into a cash cow.

air's still fun, though. got up to tier 5/6 for all nations air/ground except italy and france. used to be p good but the past few times ive started the game up i just alt f4 after looking through my selection.

back when i was in buzzd, pretty lit squadron and dudes were all chill. p sure its disbanded by now, but they got me a lot more into the game than i was when i was first introduced

between squadrons, i think. not gotten ash river in ages though :(

first time joining TITAN. lot of my old war thunder buddies are from there. great squadron and got me into the realistic squibs scene. also callback to this great menu

late 2016, dude impersonating a WT youtuber at the time, remember doing a lot of teamkilling back then, different times.

impact, again, different times. looking back at it now, i thought i got lvl 100 in titan. me and a few others brought the squadron to #1 in the world just to have it disbanded within the next month. lost me and the boys some money from the stuff we put into it and shit. honestly sad looking back at it.

Air RB is trash, Air arcade is where it's at. Hell even ground forces is shittty for Realistic
