Quick rundown of what it means:
Hierarchal structre's are completely and totaly voluntary.
De-centralised local government
Workers councils assist and do a lot of law making in regards to their proffessions
No CEO's or upper or middle management jobs
Direct democracy (No MP's, Presidents, vice presidents, civil servants, army, police force etc.)
(Police are essentailly a local militia that is elected by the people in the commune to police them.)
If you can work and refuse to, no one's gonna give you the shit they worked to make, so essentially mutual aid, you give up the product of your work and in return get the product of everyone's work (That you need, and that needs to be critical, you can't just take everyone else's shit and be off as you don't need it, so A) it's just inpractial to do so and B) they can refuse to give it to you.)
No monetary system
No state
No classes

E.g. Paris Commune, Free Territory/Makhno's Ukraine, Revolutionary Catalonia.
