theres a good amount of space (the ceilings in the screenshots are deceptively high) for a faction that usually doesn't get more than 10 people on the server at once

nah the reason it took up so much space was down to tons of needless custom content and effects

could easily do a small one with less impact than the trainstation apartment block if you wanted to
