Can we not use Racism accusations to discredit a character, please? It's done now so it will be taken IC with no complaints from me but still, if we are a server with a zero-tolerance policy for racism OOCly and ICly (see saying the N-word in character) then by extension we shouldn't be using the accusation of it against people in future as far as I'm concerned.

If someone is actually being racist/cartoonishly bigotted in general fr on the server just report them, there's really no reason to humour them from an IC standpoint, there's really no place for it in context.

Sorry I mean in the context of the server, which if it's focused on player enjoyment, there's no room to allow Racism IC since if we tolerate/allow it OOCly then it inherently attracts the worst kind of Gmod players

hl2rp is definitely better than it was for this kinda thing (lgbt thread page 1 do not research) but i also find it funny that some people still havent grown out of playing barely veiled racial stereotypes or using roleplay as an excuse to be racist/homophobic and throw out slurs

and before anyone quotes me saying its just roleplay theres a difference between playing a nuanced character and just throwing stuff out there with no real reason because racism/homophobia funny or whatever (it is normally the latter be serious)

its pretty common for teenagers, mostly boys to go through ridiculous bigot phases at one point or another, fortunately, a lot of them grow out of it (including myself)
