But C24 didn't just have gameplay problems. It had technical issues too. And unlike almost every other map we could edit, Atle won't let us edit it further to fix the issues to make it viable. So it's either let the community suffer, or move on.

Move on until the gameplay problems just make us change to another map. Happened with i17, then C08, then i17 again, now C24.

Yes.

Cause the community isn't a hivemind. Things get tweaked overtime. Not everyone wants the same thing out of the server. These issues crop up often not just because of the map, but because of the experience people want.

I don't think so. Last time you had to /ev it.

Although there could have been one in V2, I'm not entirely sure.

It's a nice compact map. It'll look awesome with 80 players on tbh. People saying how would it fit 80 players, well it'll actually look like a cramped city, which is how it should look like. It'll also influence more roleplay among players for being so close knit.

I'm a bit late to the party, but thank god we're switching to a different map than City 24. Even though I feel the map developer(s) would have all their work put to waste since it was only used for about 4-5 months and hasn't even received a V2 yet, but I guess that's, no offense, deserved for people who made a shit map. As long as this map follows at least most of what the community wants (tighter area for roleplay, non-confusing layout, etc.) and delivers it, I think I'll be happy here.
