Alright uhh

Gonna do a union oriented event, that will tie into the event that happened yesterday

Here's what factions can be involved:
Cop (primary role)
Union Medical (probably will take one/two)
CWU (again, a few)
A civil authority member can come along as well, provided they have an escort (This is optional)

If you're interested, be on by 8PM UK time (an hour and a half from this post.)
secy!

Ah I see.

9:30 PM at latest

If the trial is still on-going by then, I'll postpone.

If it's over quickly, I'll push it back.
Are you going to postpone it to another day or to just a later time?

Alright so, it's basically over; we will finish off the event

The crash right at the end aside, what did y'all think of part 3

I really enjoyed that firefight as a cop TBH.
Whoever was by the pipes, you were so lucky you didn't get shot by my mp7 lol because I saw you and if it weren't for my spread, you'd be dead =(

I really enjoyed it, especially the suprise with the strange transmission. Only thing that hindered me from actively going at it was Helix bugging out, with the FP model invisible and third person repositioning whenever I peeked at the line of fire. Overall, it was a really enjoyable event that took action to it's heart.

I still genuinely think that this style of trying to make one big nightly event for one faction per day while sprinkling smaller stuff for others/letting side events happen is a fantastic way to handle 100 slotters.

It lets things be tied into one another easier and lets each side have their own narrative that doesn't feel cluttered or rushed.

I do think the narrative is a little lacking “oomph” and gravity of the current situation, even with these events some of the plot lines seem weird and some stuff like delayed events and sudden plot stuff by players getting remedied

“We’re lacking a VCR!”
“There was a VCR here this entire time!”

I’m nitpicking this specific example but there was some stuff that lacks sense if broken down. It was fun if oblivious to the event goal/ intentions, I escorted whoever plays Ambrosio and didn’t have much time to focus on the story so, bad of me.

Ah that was a mixup

It wasn't a video tape it was a Tape-recorder

I just had to use that model for it

S2K was done well, fun places to have firefights in

direction was really really good in this event. we were left to our own devices, but the clues were dropped exactly as we needed them (radio transmission, the tape being playable etc.), we had freedom but were never particularly lost

ROGUE HELICOPTER was hilarious, thank you @TinPan for being a blessing to this community

we could have tackled multiple tasks at once to spread out the cops. it wouldve looked smoother than an entire garrison marching around the canals. just a minor complaint

Ain't my fault that the button to lower the helicopter is right below the button to fire the fucking rockets.

=<
"dallahan dont shoot the rockets, we're here to scare them not to kill them"

me one second later, accidentally pressing shift instead of ctrl

"I SAID DONT SHOOT ROCKETS"

Four years ago we did an event where @Twar was told not to fire the APC rockets in the canals.

He proceeded to blow up a bunch of cops and drove himself off the ledge while panicking.

The canals are cursed.
